2025 was the year Evolution truly stepped into who we are and what we stand for. It was a year shaped by growth, courage, connection, and gratitude. We expanded our team, strengthened our processes, and reached more homeowners than ever before by sharing the real story of construction, not just the finished spaces.
As I look back, I feel an overwhelming sense of pride. Not only in what we built, but in how we showed up every step of the way.
A Stronger Team and a Clearer Vision
This year, we welcomed new talent and new energy into the Evolution family. Each new hire strengthened our foundation and expanded our ability to serve homeowners with quality, care, and confidence.
2025 reinforced something I have always believed. We are not just building homes. We are building a company rooted in integrity, trust, and excellence, where every detail matters and every decision is made with purpose.
Bath in a Box and the Power of Giving Back

We launched Bath in a Box this year, redefining what a renovation experience can be. To celebrate, we selected five community members to receive a free Bath in a Box renovation. A teacher, a firefighter, a veteran, a nurse, and a homeowner who dedicate their lives to serving others and make Long Island a brighter place!
Watching each of them step into their newly transformed bathrooms was emotional every single time. These were not just renovations. They were moments of relief, comfort, and joy. Their gratitude reminded us why this company exists and why giving back will always be part of our mission.
Building a Home for Second Chances
Our work with New Hour for Women and Children was one of the most meaningful projects of the year. Helping build a reentry home for women returning from incarceration in Brentwood was an honor we did not take lightly. This home represents safety, dignity, and opportunity for women rebuilding their lives.
It was a powerful reminder that construction can do more than transform homes. It can help transform futures.
Laying the Groundwork for the Future
Another major milestone was acquiring four lots across Long Island and beginning our homebuilding series at 52 Brookfield. This marked a new chapter for Evolution, allowing us to shape every part of the process from the ground up and create homes that reflect intention and craftsmanship at every level.
Reaching More Homeowners Through Education

Our online presence grew in a meaningful way this year. Through consistent education, real timelines, and unfiltered behind the scenes content, we reached over 300,000 views and welcomed thousands of new people into the Evolution community.
Our Behind the Build series at 52 Brookfield became a turning point. By walking homeowners through the real process of building a home, we removed much of the fear and confusion that often surround construction. Education and transparency became one of our most powerful tools, replacing uncertainty with confidence.
Growth Beyond the Jobsite

Over Thanksgiving, I took my first solo trip to Nicaragua with Surf Yoga Beer. That time away brought clarity, calm, and a renewed sense of purpose. I returned more grounded, more focused, and better equipped to lead both as a business owner and a mother.
This year also brought opportunities to share our story on podcasts and in magazines, giving us platforms to speak about transparency, leadership, and what it means to be a woman owned builder in this industry. Each opportunity felt like a milestone and a reminder of how far we have come.
The Clients Who Make It All Worth It
Our clients were a gift this year. They trusted us with their homes, welcomed us into their lives, and allowed us to create spaces that support how they want to live. Their excitement, gratitude, and trust continue to motivate our entire team.
They remind us, again and again, that every detail matters.
Looking Ahead
As we move into the new year, we are just getting started. In 2026, we will be taking you further behind the scenes of the building of Evolution itself. From how we plan projects and manage teams to how we balance leadership, motherhood, and growth as a woman owned construction company.
Transparency builds trust and we want you to see the real unfiltered side of what truly goes into growing a company.
A Year That Shaped Us

When I reflect on the past year, I see growth in every direction. I see generosity, resilience, and purpose. I see a company that is more grounded, more confident, and more aligned than ever before.
I am deeply grateful for every project, every lesson, every client, and every person who walked alongside us this year.
Cheers to 2025 and to everything that comes next.
See you in the next post!
