Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are both licensed and properly insured. Our Suffolk license # is H-51365, our Nassau license # is 186761 and our Town of East Hampton license # is 11093-2025
Do you use subcontractors?
Most of our work is handled in-house by our team of architects, designers, carpenters, painters, and plumbers. We only subcontract specialized mechanical work or tile work and we’ve partnered with the same trusted professionals for decades.
What’s your warranty?
Every project we complete is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty, ensuring quality and support even after the job is done.

How do I track progress on my project?
We love this question! We use a state-of-the-art project management system which gives you direct access to your project’s schedule and progress. Once you partner with Evolution General Contracting, you’ll receive a link to your custom project dashboard, where you can view your estimate, upcoming payments, material selections, schedule, progress photos and daily updates from our project management team.
Can I make changes once construction starts?
Yes! We can accommodate changes during construction. We’ll review the details with you first so you know how it affects timing or cost before anything moves forward.
