Welcome to From The Ground Up
Everything worth building starts with a strong foundation.
Whether you’re building a custom home, launching a business, growing a career, raising a family, or creating a life you’re proud of, the process is often the same: it requires vision, planning, resilience, adaptability, and the right people by your side.
Hosted by Jennifer DeVito, founder of Evolution General Contracting, From The Ground Up goes beyond construction to explore the lessons behind building something meaningful.
Each episode brings honest conversations with builders, entrepreneurs, designers, leaders, clients, and everyday people who are creating something that lasts.
Because building isn’t just what we do.
It’s who we become.
