Bath in a Box Giveaway
Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Must be 21 years or older.
Open only to legal residents of Long Island, NY
Must own the home where the renovation will occur (no rentals, no landlords).
Employees of Evolution General Contracting and immediate family members are not eligible.
Winners must be current on their mortgage payments and may be required to provide documentation upon request.

Bathroom must be 5'x7' - 5'x9'.

2. Entry Period
The giveaway opens on August 15th and closes on September 5th
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on the closing date.

3. How to Enter
Fill out the entry form on www.evolutionli.com
Follow @evolutiongeneralcontracting on Instagram or Facebook.
Tag 3 friends who need a bathroom upgrade
Completing all steps is required for entry.
By entering, participants affirm that their home is not currently under foreclosure proceedings.

4. Prize Details
Six (6) winners will receive a free bathroom renovation using our Bath in a Box system.
Renovation value capped at $17,995 per bathroom.
Includes design consultation, materials from pre-selected options, and installation.
No upgrade options available.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing and/or based on entry criteria at the discretion of Evolution General Contracting.
Winners will be contacted via email and/or social media within 7 days of giveaway end.
If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, another winner will be selected.

6. Renovation Terms
Winners must sign a standard renovation agreement.
Renovations will be scheduled within 3 months of the winner announcement.
Must allow Evolution to document the process via photo/video for marketing purposes.
Must agree to provide a testimonial and allow use of before/after photos on social and marketing platforms.
Each renovation will showcase one of our six exclusive 'Bath in a Box' pre-designed styles. As part of your entry, you’ll be asked to pick which bathroom design you’d like to be entered into. Please note: styles are pre-selected and not customizable.

7. Publicity Release
By entering, you agree that if you win, your name, photos, likeness, and project may be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Disclaimers and Legal Notes

Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other platform.
Void where prohibited.
Evolution General Contracting reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway at any time.
