Must be 21+ and a legal homeowner
Property must be in Nassau or Suffolk County, NY
Mortgage must be current (proof required) and home must not be in foreclosure.
Must agree to photo/video documentation of the renovation process
Must sign a standard renovation contract
Renovation must take place within 90 days of winner announcement
Winners will provide a testimonial and allow use of before/after content for marketing
Each project will feature one of our six pre-designed Bath in a Box styles
